Terms of Service

Koford Media provides web development, photography, videography, social media management, and marketing services. All services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding the results or outcomes.

Web Development: Custom website design and development services.

Photography & Videography: Professional photo and video content creation.

Social Media Management: Ongoing social media content creation and management.

Marketing Services: Strategic marketing guidance and implementation.

Payment Schedule: Payment terms vary by service. Web development projects typically require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

Monthly Services: Social media and marketing services are billed monthly in advance.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided once work has begun.

Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and client feedback.

Revisions: Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

Delays: Delays caused by client inaction may extend project timelines without additional cost to the client.

Independent Contractors: All Koford Media team members are independent contractors, not employees.

Direct Payment: Clients pay Koford Media directly for all services. Individual team members are not paid separately by clients.

Approval Process: All work is approved by Ben before quoting or execution. No work begins without proper approval.

Local Work: No subcontracting overseas. All work is done locally and transparently by our team.

Client Content: Clients retain ownership of all content they provide to Koford Media.

Website Ownership: Koford Media retains ownership rights to all websites created, unless a $250 access payment is made. Upon this payment, we will no longer associate with your business entity and you will receive full ownership rights.

Portfolio Rights: Koford Media retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, regardless of ownership status.

Third-Party Assets: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper licenses for any third-party assets used in their projects.

Maintenance Required: A maintenance plan is required for all websites that Koford Media oversees and manages. This ensures security updates, performance optimization, and ongoing support.

Yearly Option: Clients may choose the yearly maintenance option to fulfill this requirement. Monthly maintenance plans are also available.

Hosting and Upkeep: Maintenance plans cover hosting costs, security updates, performance optimization, and content updates as needed.
