The Fine Print, In Plain Words
A qualified referral is a business owner, executive, or authorized decision maker who has expressed genuine interest and agrees to a consultation or discovery process. A name and a phone number is not a referral. Commission is for opportunities with a real likelihood of becoming a client.
Not every deal is fully self-generated. If Koford Media substantially helps source, qualify, pitch, negotiate, or close a lead, compensation may be adjusted by mutual agreement before payout. Shared opportunities are paid proportionally to each person’s role in securing the client.
Commissions for social media management, paid ads, branding, photography, videography, and SEO are set case by case. In most cases, non-website referral pay runs 5% to 10% of the initial contract value or first month’s management fee, depending on size, profitability, and assistance required to close.
All video production, camera, photography, and creative production work runs under Creative Director Isaiah Harris. Anyone doing camera work, video, editing, or production support reports to Isaiah for scheduling, quality control, creative direction, and final deliverable approval. No exceptions.
Koford Media reserves the right to adjust compensation, commission rates, contractor rates, and referral programs as the company grows and offerings evolve. Substantial changes are communicated in advance whenever reasonably possible.
