What custom-coded actually means here
The phrase gets used loosely. Here is what it means when we say it.
Hand-written code
React and Next.js, not a page builder sitting on top of a theme. Nothing on the page is there because a template needed it.
OpenMobile performance first
Most local searches happen on a phone with one bar of signal in a parking lot. That is the device we optimize for, not the designer’s desktop.
Search structure at build time
Page architecture, headings, metadata, schema, internal links, and sitemaps are designed alongside the site rather than retrofitted after launch.
OpenConversion paths that exist
Phone number, service area, and next step visible without hunting. A beautiful site that hides the call button is an expensive brochure.
Real photography
Your crew, your shop, your work. Stock photos of a smiling stranger in a hard hat do not build trust and do not help you rank.
OpenSource code and accounts
You own your content, brand and domain. Koford owns the website source code until you pay a one-time $200 release fee. After that we hand off the code and documentation. We cooperate with domain transfers.
The build
How a Triad project runs
Four phases, published timelines, no mystery.
- 01
Scope and search research
We look at your services, your competitors, and what people in your market actually search for. That decides the page architecture before a single screen gets designed.
- 02
Design and build
Custom layouts built around your business, then coded. BUILD projects typically run about 2 to 4 weeks after kickoff; larger builds take longer because they should.
- 03
Launch
Hosting, DNS, redirects from the old URLs, Search Console and analytics connected, sitemap submitted. Migrations are where most agencies quietly lose a site’s existing rankings.
- 04
After launch
Every managed site runs on a Site Care plan starting at $750 per year. Plus and Premium add ongoing search work. If you host it yourself, the $200 source code release includes a clean handoff.

Design plus search
A good-looking site nobody finds is half a project
This is why the SEO foundation goes in during the build instead of six months later.
Page architecture is an SEO decision as much as a design one. Which services get their own page, how those pages link to each other, which locations genuinely deserve a page, and what each page is actually trying to answer: all of that is decided before a layout exists.
Retrofitting it later means rebuilding navigation, rewriting URLs, and setting up redirects on a site that just launched. It is doable. It is also avoidable.
If changing “Greensboro” to “Winston-Salem” is the only thing separating two pages, we probably have not created two useful pages.
Built in during the project
- Service page architecture based on real search demand
- Descriptive titles and headings on every page
- LocalBusiness and service schema
- Internal linking that connects related pages
- Sitemap, robots, and canonical handling
- Search Console and analytics connected before launch

Triad web design FAQ
BUILD starts at $2,400, BOOST at $5,500, and BLOW UP at $13,500, with custom scoping when a fixed tier does not fit. Every managed site also carries a Site Care plan starting at $750/yr. All of it is published on the pricing page, so you do not have to book a call to find out.
BUILD is typically about 2 to 4 weeks after kickoff. BOOST runs 4 to 6 weeks and BLOW UP 6 to 10. The single biggest variable is how fast we get content, photos, and feedback from you.
That is the goal, and it is mostly a redirect-and-structure problem. We map old URLs to new ones, keep the pages that already earn impressions, and watch Search Console after launch. We will not promise zero movement, because Google re-evaluates a changed site, but an unmanaged migration is where sites really get hurt.
No, and that is deliberate. There is nothing for you to learn or break. You send text and images, we handle uploads and formatting as part of Site Care.
You own your content, brand and domain. Koford owns the source code until you pay a one-time $200 release fee. After that we hand off the code and documentation and cooperate with a host move.
