Terms of Service

Koford Media provides web development, photography, videography, social media management, and marketing services. All services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding the results or outcomes.

Web Development: Custom website design and development services.

Photography & Videography: Professional photo and video content creation.

Social Media Management: Ongoing social media content creation and management.

Marketing Services: Strategic marketing guidance and implementation.

Payment Schedule: Payment terms vary by service. Web development projects typically require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

Monthly Services: Social media and marketing services are billed monthly in advance.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

Refunds: Because our services involve custom strategy, planning, scheduling, and creative production, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Koford Media may consider an exception on a case-by-case basis based on when cancellation occurs, work completed, reserved production time, and non-recoverable third-party costs. Any exception must be confirmed in writing, is not guaranteed, and remains subject to the signed proposal or service agreement, which controls if its terms differ.

Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and client feedback.

Revisions: Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

Delays: Delays caused by client inaction may extend project timelines without additional cost to the client.

Independent Contractors: All Koford Media team members are independent contractors, not employees.

Direct Payment: Clients pay Koford Media directly for all services. Individual team members are not paid separately by clients.

Approval Process: All work is approved by Zack Koford before quoting or execution. No work begins without proper approval.

In-House Work: No overseas subcontracting. Every engagement is staffed and delivered transparently by the Koford Media team.

Client Content and Accounts: Clients retain ownership of their brand, content, domain, and client-owned accounts.

Website Code: Koford Media retains ownership of the underlying website source code until the client pays a one-time $200 source-code release fee. After payment, Koford Media will provide the available source code and handoff documentation and relinquish its ownership interest in that delivered code, subject to third-party licenses and tools that cannot be transferred.

Portfolio Rights: Koford Media retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, regardless of ownership status.

Third-Party Assets: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper licenses for any third-party assets used in their projects.

Maintenance Required: A maintenance plan is required for all websites that Koford Media oversees and manages. This ensures security updates, performance optimization, and ongoing support.

Yearly Option: Clients may choose the yearly maintenance option to fulfill this requirement. Monthly maintenance plans are also available.

Hosting and Upkeep: Maintenance plans cover hosting costs, security updates, performance optimization, and content updates as needed.
