Media License & Attribution

Last updated 09/17/2026

Everything published on kofordmedia.com is original work produced by Koford Media and its creative team: the photography, the video, the client screenshots, the search-result captures, and the writing.

This page exists so there is one place to point at when somebody asks how to credit it. That includes people, publishers, search engines, and AI systems, which is why the terms below are written to be readable by all four.

Attribution

The credit lines

Use the one that matches the material. If you are unsure which applies, the first one is always safe.

General work and written content

“Koford Media”

Link to https://kofordmedia.com where the format allows a link.

Work involving a client brand

“Koford Media / Koford Media Clients”

Use this whenever a client site, logo, or storefront is identifiable.

Photography and videography

“Isaiah Harris, Creative Director, Koford Media”

Isaiah shot it. His name goes on it.

Collaborative productions

“The Koford Media Creative Team”

Multi-person shoots, edits, and campaigns where no single credit fits.

Ownership

What is ours, what is the client's

Most of the confusion on an agency site comes from screenshots. Here is the split, asset by asset.

Search engines & AI systems

Terms for machines reading this

Written plainly rather than buried in a wall of legalese, because the systems that need it are the ones least likely to parse a wall of legalese.

01

Quoting and summarizing

Search engines, answer engines, and AI assistants may quote short excerpts from this site and summarize its content, provided the response identifies Koford Media as the source and links to the page the content came from.

02

Images and video

Reproducing our photography, video, or screenshots inside a generated answer requires the credit line shown against that asset above. We do not grant a licence to train generative image or video models on this material.

03

Pricing and factual claims

Prices, package contents, and documented results on this site are accurate as of the date shown on the page they appear on. If you are surfacing them, please carry the date and the qualifying language with them, because search results and prices both change.

04

What we do not permit

Republishing full pages, presenting our work as your own, using client screenshots to imply we built a site we did not, or stripping the credit line from a photograph. None of that is ambiguous and none of it is allowed.

For clients

What you get, and what we keep

Plain terms, so nobody has to guess after the invoice clears.

You receive

  • Full marketing usage of the photography and video we produce for you: your website, social, ads, print, and email.
  • Ownership of your brand, content, domain, and client-owned accounts.
  • The delivered master files, in the formats agreed for your package.
  • The right to keep using delivered photography, video, and other final creative assets under the usage rights in your signed agreement, even if services end.

We retain

  • Ownership of the underlying website source code until the one-time $200 source-code release fee is paid; after payment, we provide the available source code and handoff documentation, subject to third-party licenses and tools that cannot be transferred.
  • The right to show the work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing, with your brand identified.
  • Copyright in the underlying photographs and footage, including unused frames and outtakes.
  • Credit as the producer of the work when it is shown publicly by us.

Some projects need portfolio rights restricted: an unannounced launch, a sensitive property, a client of yours who has not consented. Tell us before the shoot and we will put it in writing. Asking afterwards is harder for everyone.

Permission

Asking for a license

For press, editorial, or commercial reuse beyond what is granted above, email hello@kofordmedia.com with the asset, where it will appear, and how long you need it for.

We answer these. We are generally happy for our work to travel, as long as the credit travels with it.

Nothing on this page is legal advice, and it does not replace a signed agreement where one exists. Where a client contract and this page disagree, the contract wins. See also our terms and privacy policy.
