The Result
Screenshots, not claims. This is what the build did in real search.

Less than two weeks after the August 19 launch, maxplumbing-nc.com appears in organic results for “plumber in Clemmons, NC,” with a Clemmons-focused title and service snippet. Settled Search Console through August 25: 22 clicks and 2,194 impressions in the first measured new-site week, up from 8 clicks and 863 impressions the week before.
The Challenge
MAX Plumbing already had a real business behind the brand: family-owned in Clemmons, NC License #37600, 20+ years of hands-on experience, and strong Google reviews. The previous website did not match that. Organic visibility stayed concentrated on the homepage and a handful of broad pages, so individual services, customer problems, and service areas had limited room to rank on their own. A homeowner searching drain cleaning, tankless water heaters, or Winston-Salem coverage was not getting a page built for that intent.
The Approach
We started working with MAX Plumbing in early August 2026. Owner Justin Vasconcellos moved materials, photos, service details, and feedback quickly, which let us spend time on architecture instead of chasing information.
The rebuild went live August 19. Instead of one brochure-style services page trying to rank for everything, we built destinations around clear service intent, location relevance, proof, reviews, booking paths, and problem-based navigation.
The homepage opens with symptoms people actually search: no hot water, water quality, drain or sewer trouble, low pressure and water line issues. Each path goes to the page that answers it. Service-area pages for Clemmons, Winston-Salem, Lewisville, Advance, Bermuda Run, Mocksville, and Kernersville each carry distinct local content rather than a city-name swap.
Technical SEO was part of the build: keyword-focused titles and descriptions, internal linking, canonicals, structured data, FAQ markup, crawlable navigation, accessibility work, and Search Console monitoring after launch so we refine from real queries instead of guesswork.
What Was Built
Before the Rebuild
Before August 19, most organic visibility sat on a small set of URLs. In the August 12 to 18 Search Console window, impressions showed across only 6 URL rows. Weekly organic clicks sat around 6 to 8.
The old site could introduce the company. It could not give Google enough specific destinations for the way people search plumbing problems and towns across the Triad.
Early Results After August 19
Settled Search Console data through August 25 shows the first measured week of the new site: 22 organic clicks, 2,194 impressions, and a 1.00% CTR. The week before: 8 clicks, 863 impressions, 0.93% CTR. That is +175% clicks and +154% impressions week over week. Versus the roughly three-week old-site baseline of about 6 clicks per week, organic clicks are up about 267%.
In the same new-site week, Search Console showed impressions on 48 URL rows, an 8× expansion in Google-visible URL footprint. Some rows are legacy URLs, fragments, and www or non-www variants, so we call this search-footprint expansion rather than 48 brand-new indexed pages.
New pages started collecting impressions quickly. Drain cleaning recorded first impressions on August 20 and about 50 by August 25. The Winston-Salem service-area page also appeared August 20 and reached about 271 impressions by August 25. Those pages are beginning the ranking process, not finishing it.
What the Early Keyword Movement Means
In the latest comparison window we also saw encouraging movement on commercially relevant searches, including plumbing services Clemmons NC and plumbing Clemmons NC moving toward position 1 in the measured sample, drain cleaning near me into the top few results, and emergency plumbing Clemmons NC into the top 10 range. These are early, low-volume samples. Rankings will keep fluctuating as Google crawls and evaluates the expanded site.
Overall average position looked worse during the new-site week while impressions jumped more than 150%. That is search expansion: Google testing many new pages against many new queries, often starting deeper in the results. We would rather a relevant service page appear in position 40 than stay invisible.
This Is Early, On Purpose
This is an early-stage case study. Meaningful local SEO should be judged over months, not days. What matters now is direction: Google is finding more of the site, the domain is appearing for more searches, organic clicks are up, and new service and location pages are entering the results.
The launch was not the finish line. It gave MAX Plumbing a larger surface area to grow from, and it gave Koford Media real Search Console data for the next round of optimization.
Before and after
From a Small Brochure Footprint to a Search Platform
The previous site was not broken. It was generic. Stock-style reassurance, a broad services surface, and limited independent destinations for services and towns.
The August 19 rebuild replaced that with specific pages, problem-based navigation, real proof, and technical SEO baked into the build. Early Search Console already shows a larger visible URL footprint and more organic clicks.
Working with Justin made that possible. Fast, organized materials meant we could build around what MAX actually does and where it works.
